History

Established in 1966, the Ulster Tatler is now in its 43rd year of publication. The Ulster Tatler magazine is Northern Ireland's longest established and most widely read monthly.  It is a must buy for anyone interested in Ulster's buzzing social scene. The Ulster Tatler has extensive coverage of all the key events in the Northern Ireland social calendar as well all the latest local fashions. 

The tone of the magazine is very much to look of the positive side to life in Northern Ireland. Through are columns by Ian Hill, Lara Salmon and Emma-Louise Johnston we strive to document the social life of the province. We also aim to highlight the work of local business people who are leaders in their field and may not necessarily be featured on the conventional media.



Market Details

The Ulster Tatler has a readership of 294,000 (Millward Brown Ulster - Magazine Readership Survey 2008).  It was one of the first magazines in Northern Ireland to join the Audited Bureau of Circulations back in 1995 and has a current ABC figure of 10,866 (Jan-Dec 08). 

The Ulster Tatler received the IPR magazine of the year 2006/07.


The Ulster Bride

Ulster Bride (an Ulster Tatler publication) is now in its 31st year and is the largest read glossy bridal magazine in Northern Ireland. Over the years, Ulster Bride has strived to provide local ladies with the best of all things bridal in a reader friendly, informative and visually stimulating format, across four issues each year.


Ulster Bride contains the latest local information for brides and grooms-to-be from their engagement right through to their honeymoon. Jam-packed with ideas, expert advice and handy tips from the cream of the province's wedding professionals, Ulster Bride aids brides-to-be and their parties spend their money wisely.




Ulster Tatler Interiors

Since its launch in 1998, Ulster Tatler Interiors has been a top-end consumer publication that covers the beauty and business of the interiors industry like no other magazine.  It gives consumers an expert insight into the world of interiors.

In each issue we showcase four stylish local homes and talk to the people who live in them to find out the inspiration behind their individual style.


Ulster Tatler Interiors magazine caters for the phenomenal growth in home ownership and interior design in Northern Ireland over the last decade.

 


Perspective Magazine


Perspective is the official publication for the Royal Society of Ulster Architects (RSUA).

It is published bi-monthly (6 times a year) and is produced to the highest standard in terms of photography and design. The aim of the magazine is to promote and provide a platform for quality architecture and design in Northern Ireland.


In December 2007 Perspective was runner-up in the category Business to Business Magazine of the Year 2007 at the Periodical Publishers Association Ireland Magazine of the Year Awards held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Dublin.
