Last holiday...
My last holiday was to the Ice Hotel in Jukkasjarvi, Sweden for my brother Rory’s wedding. We also celebrated New Year’s Eve during our stay there. The hotel was a remarkable piece of art maintained by a fresh -5˚ temperature inside, so it literally took your breath away.

Can’t pack without...
Jewellery of course, diamonds are the perfect accessory for every occasion.

Most memorable trip...
When I finished University I travelled to Tanzania, East Africa, where I taught English and built classrooms for a local school in Moshi at the foothill of Kilimanjaro. I spent the summer living in a tent, with no mirror and no straighteners (the horror).

Ideal short break...
My favourite trip so far has been with work, travelling to Las Vegas with ‘Hearts on Fire’ the world's most perfectly cut diamond company. Each year they have a ‘Diamond University’ in a different hotel in Las Vegas with entertainment every night.

Holiday of a lifetime...
My holiday of a lifetime would give me the opportunity to be immersed in culture, not a mass produced tourist “experience”. So for me it has to be the Far East, somewhere still just off the regular tourists radar. Vietnam, Cambodia, China or Mongolia would be great.
