Giant Helping Hand

Allied Bakeries' Business Development Manager, Adrian McCreadie, provides a 'giant' helping hand to Sunblest's Paul Hill, as he prepares for one of the first deliveries of the local bread brand's newly launched Giant Pancakes.

The new pancake line has been introduced in response to consumer trends which show that almost 80 million pancakes are consumed in Northern Ireland every year - that is over 1.5 million EVERY week! The launch is not only good news for Allied Bakeries but also for local suppliers as the bakery has predicted an increase of 107% of ingredients such as buttermilk and flour to cater for the new line.
