W5 unwrap the science of Christmas

Christmas is one of the most magical times of the year and visitors of all ages can enjoy a fun-filled family day out this Christmas by heading down to W5 at Odyssey where, from 27 December, our team of "scientists" will be showcasing their brand new Christmas science show - What do Scientists get for Christmas?

The show will run daily in the Lecture Theatre from Sunday 27 December - Sunday 3 January and will unwrap a world of interactive visual fun for the festive period. This year the W5 scientists are determined to prove that what you see isn't always to be believed. So get ready to get up and have fun as our 'scientists' open and test their presents, during this fun packed, whizz-banging festive science show and be prepared to get involved because they may need your assistance!


With over 190 hands-on exhibits in four dynamic areas - START, GO, SEE and DO, W5 crosses the generation divide and offers some real festive fun for children - young and old this holiday season.
