Ronan Keating Spins for Tourism

11th January 2010: Irish celebrity Ronan Keating is getting behind a major promotional drive to attract visitors from Great Britain to Northern Ireland and the island of Ireland in 2010.

Ronan, who fronts a new two-hour Sunday afternoon radio programme on top GB commercial station Magic 105.4, is working with Tourism Ireland to promote holidays here to Magic's 3 million listeners in Greater London and across Britain.


Every Sunday, "Ronan Keating on Magic 105.4" will be presented in association with Tourism Ireland. Quirky holiday ideas, travel information and competitions for holiday prizes will be promoted alongside Ronan's favourite music and chat, both on air and on the station's website. The promotion will run for over three months as part of Tourism Ireland marketing programme to rebuild growth from Great Britain and generate a +3% increase in tourism from overseas this year.
