Red Cross celebrates care landmark

Volunteers and staff from the British Red Cross health and social care team in Northern Ireland have come together to mark a milestone in the humanitarian organisation's journey - the 50th anniversary of its therapeutic care service.

Along with the Red Cross emergency response, first aid and other services - like medical equipment loan - therapeutic care brings relief to many people and is one of the charity's health and social care services that it provides the community across its six centres in Northern Ireland.
