The design brief…This was a full new-build project; our client wanted to create a relaxed, comfortable family home which would still feel luxurious. Our goal throughout was to marry elegant interiors with the comfort and practicalities required for family living.
The focal point…There are many impressive areas within the house, for different reasons, but we feel the hallway is really special. The sweeping staircase design, bespoke wall panelling and beautiful flooring are all accentuated with grand ceiling heights – completed with a cascading chandelier.
The design perspective…We worked with some amazing suppliers on this project and the standard of finish and craftsmanship is extremely high. The house has lots of design details, such as contrasting tiled borders in the entrance hall and porch, bespoke wall paneling in various areas, panelled archways and custom designed internal joinery which really make it all come together. All these details alongside beautiful furniture pieces have created a really high-end, luxurious home.
